Well, it was only a matter of time until Eliza found her voice. Last night she and I were chatting and she let out a high-pitched shriek. Her eyes got real big and she looked a bit scared. However, after I laughed at her, she laughed and did it over, and over, and over...! I know I shouldn't encourage it because I will certainly regret it when she starts shrieking during church services! But it's cute at the moment...
She's also started grabbing for everything that is within her eyesight. Yesterday during lunch at Arby's, she was grabbing at my fries and almost pulled my sandwich paper off the table! Oh, the fun! I think she's almost ready for solid foods--she certainly is interested.
